LIQUID CHILLERS

We design and develop Chilling Plants considering peak ambient conditions and stringent control for maintaining the highest quality standards of the product. Our Chilling Plants are marked by excellent quality and matchless performance at low operating cost. We offer Chilling Plants in a wide range up to 470 TRS of capacity (in either Freon or Ammonia as refrigerant) to cater to the requirement of the different applications.

WATER CHILLERS

Opal manufactures Water Chilling Plants with excellent quality and matchless performance at low operating cost. The product is vigilantly developed considering peak ambient condition and stringent control for maintaining the world standards of the product. Technical experts have an experience of over two decades in servicing to ensure customer satisfaction.


We design and engineer Water Chillers in ready-to-use packages as well as on-site installations as per the application requirements. Water Chiller Packages: Capacity range from 0.2 TR to 470 TR in pre-wired, pre-tested & almost in ready to use condition.

BRINE CHILLERS

Brine Chillers are used for producing and maintaining Chilled Brine through refrigeration process. Brine is a thermal fluid, which is a liquid or a mixture of liquid with plain water, which remains in liquid state even in sub-zero temperatures without freezing.


We are proficient in designing and engineering Brine Chilling Systems up to -40°C.


We design and engineer Brine Chillers in ready-to-use packages as well as on-site installations as per the application requirements. Brine Chillers are industry specific and are to be designed as per application requirements.

Ammonia Chillers Benefits:

  • High latent heat, which gives rise to a high refrigerating effect per kg of refrigerant and hence a smaller refrigerant mass flow rate for a given tonnage.

CO2 Liquefier and Dryer

 

CO2 Liquefiers and Dryers are designed and manufactured at our works, while installed and commissioned at site within country and abroad.

COgas is initially cooled to 5oC in the pre-cooler heat exchanger by means of refrigerant, moisture at specified temperature is removed in the pre-filter, this CO2 gas is made to route through two adsorbent towers alternately cycled for drying, while one tower is under adsorption or say Drying the other is under regeneration.

The dry CO2 gas passes through the CO2 liquefier where the gas is liquefied by means of low temperature refrigerant. Hence liquid CO2 generated is stored in insulated tank for further utilization.
